You should have contributed at least 2 years for you to avail housing loan from Pag-ibig. If upon verification you have not completed or contributed for 24 months, you can pay the remaining months to complete the 2-year minimum contribution.

3.     Secure a Special Power of Attorney and have all the documents signed by your ATTORNEY-In-Fact.

How to secure a SPA:

1.     Print the Special Power of Attorney (4pcs) , see my attachment ( or you can download it from our website :www.xeveramabalacat.com  under “Downloads” 

2.     Place the name of you Attorney-In Fact (the person you are authorizing to sign all the documents )

3.    Sign the S..P..A. (affiant)

4.    Mail it to  Xevera Mabalacat Sales office, Barangay Tabun. Mabalacat, Pampanga 2010 or through your representative here in the Phils.

INHOUSE FINANCING REQUIREMENTS:

   Important things to remember:

    Association dues is P300 a month that covers salaries of security guards, housekeeping and janitors, gardeners, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, office administrators, electricity and water bills for common area, garbage collectors, garbage trucks, fire truck and ambulance drivers’ wages and maintenance of the vehicles, maintenance of the amenities (clubhouse, swimming pool, all courts, etc), maintenance of the whole subdivision.

    Pag-ibig monthly amortization starts upon take out. Regardless the buyer has physically moved-in to the unit or not, the buyer has to pay the monthly amortization and the association dues.

    Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

    A fee of P20,000.00 for change of name.

    A fee of P20,000.00 for change of unit (Block and Lot number).

    School opens this school year 2009-2010.. Elementary to second year High School is free to all children of unit owners..
