Isisiwalat ko po sa inyo at ilalabas ko ang mga katotohanan ukol sa harapang kasinungaling ni  VP Binay. Marami na po siyang naloko  sa xevera wag na po sana kayong masama.

Inulit nyo pa po ang kasinungalingan Mr VP.  Ito ay isa lamang sa paulit ulit na malaking kasinungaling na ginawa mo at harapan mo pa itong ginawa sa mga taga xevera.

Hindi lang po iyan bukod sa demanda na tinaggap ng PAGIBIG mula sa mga tao na inuto ninyo ay buong lakas pa ng loob na sinabi nyo sa tv ang mga salitang ito nuong inuutusan na kayo ng korte na ibigay na ang mga iniipit na titulo sa mga fully paid buyer / borrowers

Delfin Lee’s FB account daring Binay to debate gains 9,787 ‘likes’

MABALACAT CITY, - Over 9,700 Facebook users have expressed “like” for the Facebook account of jailed Globe Asiatique President Delfin Lee who is challenging Vice President Jejomar Binay to “face me in the Senate” to let out the truth on his alleged syndicated estafa case.

Lee’s account, titled Globe Asiatique, Know the Truth, said the debate would expose who between him and Binay is lying. As of yesterday, the account reflected 9,787 likes. Only recently, Binay challenge Sen. Antonio Trillanes for a debate on the so-called Hacienda Binay and other anomalies under investigation by the Senate.

“Vice President Binay, face me in the Senate. Ilabas po natin and katotohanan at magkaalaman na tayo kung sino po ang sinungaling sa atin,” Lee said in his account. “You (Binay) have always complained of being a victim of politics. I am not a politician but isn’t it true that what you are doing to me is the same thing you complain about?” he asked.

Lee has been under detention at the Pampanga provincial jail in the capital city of San Fernando since his arrest last March. Lee and four others faced syndicated estafa charges filed by the Department of Justice over the alleged use of ghost borrowers to obtain P6.6 billion loans from Pag- IBIG Fund in 2009 for his Xevera housing projects here and in Bacolor, Pampanga.

In November last year, however, the Court of Appeals dismissed the charges against Lee and barred authorities from arresting him. In a 29-page decision, the appellate court nullified an order issued by the Pampanga Regional Trial Court (RTC) that found probable cause to order Lee’s arrest.

The CA said Lee could no longer be prosecuted for syndicated estafa, which “must be committed by five or more persons” as it also noted that one of Lee’s co-accused had been absolved by the CA. Justice Secretary Leila De Lima however insisted that the arrest warrant against Lee remained valid because the CA’s decision was not final and could still be appealed. The Supreme Court has yet to decide on the appeal. 

Lee’s lawyer Willie Rivera said he suspected politics behind the case against Lee, who insisted he “never borrowed a single cent” from the Pag-IBIG Fund nor did he award any housing units to anyone who had not obtained clearance slip from Pag-IBIG Fund.

Rivera had failed to inhibit RTC Judge Amifaith Fider-Reyes from Lee’s case. He noted that the judge is also assigned in the RTC which is perceived as a turf of Binay. The judge barred Lee from attending a Senate hearing on his case last May. Lee had planned to “expose” Binay on the charges against him during the hearing.

Rivera said that Lee’s problem with Pag-IBIG started when Binay assumed post as head of the Housing and Urban Land Regulatory Board (HULRB). He also noted that Lee was reported to have supported the vice presidential bid of Interior and Local Governments Sec. Mar Roxas in the 2010 elections.

In his Facebook account, Lee asked for a face-to-face debate at the Senate. “If you are true to the people, you should attend the debate and face me at the Senate and there, prove your accusations against me.

Judge Nixes Senate subpanel’s request for Lee’s appearance

CLARK FREEPORT—A judge in the City of San Fernando in Pampanga prevented businessman Delfin Lee from testifying in the Senate Blue-Ribbon subcommittee hearing on the allegedly overpriced Makati City Building II on Thursday.

Judge Amifaith Fider-Reyes of Branch 42 of the Regional Trial Court in San Fernando said Lee’s testimony in the Senate is sub judice.

Lee was mentioned in Pag-Ibig Fund President Darlene B. Berberabe’s opening statement during the hearing on Thursday, prompting Antonio Trillanes to subpoena Lee is who facing syndicated estafa charges.

Willy Rivera, Lee’s chief legal counsel, showed Reyes’s January 21 order denying the request of the Senate for Lee’s appearance in Thursday’s hearing.

Rivera, speaking at the media forum “Balitaan” organized by the Capampangan in Media Inc. in cooperation with the Clark Development Corp. and the Social Security System at the Bale Balita (House of News) here, said the Senate hearing would have been an opportunity for Lee to tell the truth about the Pag-Ibig Fund.

“We are looking for the truth and how Vice President [Jejomar] Binay was handling the Pag-Ibig Fund. If this [Lee’s testimony] would help in determining the truth, my client welcomes it,” Rivera said.

But Reyes won’t budge.

Rivera said Pag-Ibig officials had been allowed to air their views on Lee’s case during past Senate hearings without being warned by Reyes that their actions are subjudice.

“We would like to tell the Senate why my client is being persecuted,” he added.

Lee is currently detained at the Pampanga Provincial Jail in San Fernando for alleged syndicated estafa.

He has denied any wrongdoing and insisted on his innocence, saying he was a “political detainee.”

Pag-IBIG Fund is headed by Binay being the country’s housing czar.

Several allegations against Binay had been raised in past hearings of the subcommittee, including bid riggings, receiving kickbacks during his term, and using dummies to advance his interest in several companies.

Accusations on alleged ownership of a 350-hectare property in Rosario, Batangas, a log cabin in Tagaytay Highlands and units in several condominiums in Makati City had also been hurled against him.

Binay has repeatedly denied the allegations, saying these were part of an operation to diminish his chances of winning in the 2016 presidential elections.

Trillanes moves to subpoena Delfin Lee ‘Opportunity to tell truth’

CLARK FREEPORT –Sen. Antonio Trillanes III  has moved to subpoena  businessman Delfin Lee during the continuation of the Senate Blue Ribbon sub-committee hearing on the alleged  overpriced Makati City  Building II on  Thursday.  

Lee was mentionedin Pag-IBIG Fund President  and CEO Darlene B. Berberabe’s opening statement during the hearing.  Atty. Willy Rivera,  Lee’s chief legal counsel, said this would be an  opportunity for Lee to tell  the truth about Pag-IBIG Fund.  

“We are looking for  the truth and how (Vice President Jejomar) Binay  was handling the Pag IBIG. If this would help in  determining the truth, my client welcomes it,” Rivera said. “We would like to tell   the Senate why my client is being persecuted,” he  added. 

Lee is currently de-tained at the Pampanga  Provincial Jail  in the City of San Fernando for syndicated  estafa. Lee has denied any wrongdoing  and insisted on his innocence saying he is a “political  detainee.” 

The Pag-IBIG and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines are both headed by VP Binay being the country’s housing czar  and the BSP’s national president. Binay was again absent  at Thursday’s hearing  as he had declined  several invitations sent by both the Blue Ribbon subcommittee and the main committee for him to give his side on the issues.  

His son, Makati Mayor  Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr, who attended  the first hearing, also refused to show up  at the succeeding hearings despite formal invitations,  subpoena, and a show cause order, saying  the committee has no jurisdiction over him on the matter. 

Makati City officials  who initially attended the hearings followed  the lead of the younger Binay and    were not  present during the latest  hearings. 

Their actuation compelled  sub-committee chair Sen. Aquilino  “Koko” Pimentel III to recommend to the main  Blue Ribbon  committee  to cite them for contempt.

Ano po ba ang katotohanan. ikaw 1.2 Billion ang halaga ng hacienda na para sa inyo lamang, ang kabuuang sukat ay 350 hectares. Katumbas ng 6 na luneta park, 10 cubao araneta center o kalahati ng san juan city. Una po sa lahat ayon kay DAR Undersecretary  for Legal Affairs Anthony Parungao  ipinagbabawal po sa batas na ang isang indibidual ay magkaroon ng higit sa 5 hektarya na agricultural land, bakit po ang binay farm umabot pa ng 350 hectares? Ako po nag donate ng mga munisipyo na nagkakahalaga ng 85 milyon sa xevera mabalacat at 80 milyon naman sa xevera bacolor. Mr VP. ibig sabihin sindakato po talaga ang mga proseso ninyo (syndicated).   Ayon pa po sa inspection ng COA 2011 tapos na ang Makati city hall parking building pero nagtataka sila bakit pa po kayo nagpalabas ng  P793,740,601.96  para sa phase 4 and five.  Sino po sa atin ang sinungaling?
