   Important things to remember:

    Association dues is P300 a month that covers salaries of security guards, housekeeping and janitors, gardeners, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, office administrators, electricity and water bills for common area, garbage collectors, garbage trucks, fire truck and ambulance drivers’ wages and maintenance of the vehicles, maintenance of the amenities (clubhouse, swimming pool, all courts, etc), maintenance of the whole subdivision.

    Pag-ibig monthly amortization starts upon take out. Regardless the buyer has physically moved-in to the unit or not, the buyer has to pay the monthly amortization and the association dues.

    Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
