Globe Asiatique Company Profile

Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation was primarily conceived to support the vision of the government to provide housing for the low income Filipino family.  With this in mind, owners of the company decided to start its first venture on residential housing project by developing one of its properties located in San Mateo, Rizal.  Named STA. BARBARA VILLAS I, a 100% socialized housing project, the subdivision has been a showcase for the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) for other developers because of its extensive development and having passed all the required geotechnical, landslide and erosion tests conducted by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau.

Today STA. BARBARA VILLAS I with a land area of 80 hectares stands proud and tranquil a top the hills of Barangay Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal, unaffected by natural calamities, its residents composing of employees and their families from the government and private sector, enlisted personnel from the AFP and overseas contract workers as well, each of them enjoying the fruit of their toils and fulfillment of a dream --- a house they can call their own.

Delfin Lee's Prayer…through the RTC and the Court of Appeals his prayers were answered favorably…

Delfin Lee's Prayer is for the release of the TCT's of all fully paid buyer/borrowers of PAGIBIG. To protect their interest we have filed a case for breach of contract against HDMF to compel it to release the titles to our buyers. Globe Asiatique won before the RTC and Court of Appeals against HDMF through a Summary Judgement Dated January 30, 2012 court decision:

To futher help Globe Asiatique clients we have now created an ONLINE TCT MANAGER named DELFIN LEE CARES, for you to check the status of your title (TCT), you will be required to register using your email or facebook account to be given access to the said database.

The exact declaration of the court is as follows "Defendants (PAGIBIG) are ordered to release the corresponding Transfer Certificate of Titles [s] (TCT’s) of those accounts which are fully paid or subjected to automatic off-setting starting from the list in Annex “E” of the Motion for Summary Judgment and thereafter from those listed in Annex “F” thereof and cause the corresponding cancellation of the annotations in the titles thereof."

Globe Asiatique wins against Pag-ibig and the Court's decision can now be downloaded.

The court of appeals has ordered or instructed all government agencies to implement the said decision. Such government agencies are not limited to the Philippine National police and the national bureau of investigation. Estafa vs Globe Asiatique hinarang ng Pasig RTC

NAGPALABAS ng writ of preliminary injunction ang Pasig RTC para pigilan ang Department of Justice na pagsasampa ng kasong estafa kay Delfin Lee, presidente ng Globe Asiatique.

Kanina ay inilabas ng Pasig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 167 ang writ of preliminary injunction para pigilan ang DOJ sa pagsasampa ng kasong estafa laban sa Globe Asiatique president makaraan ang resolusyon sa civil case na isinampa sa kanya ng Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) sa Makati RTC Branch 58.

Ang katulad na preliminary injunction ay pumipigil din sa DOJ sa pagpapatuloy ng preliminary investigation sa isa pang estafa case laban kay Lee.

Inilabas ni Pasig RTC Judge Rolando G. Mislang ang injunction nang panigan ang argumento ni Lee na ang kasong estafa at civil case ay magkatulad at kailangan munang may maresolbahan muna bago maipagpatuloy ang imbestigasyon sa kasong estafa.

Sa civil case na isampa sa Makati court noong Nobyembre 2010, hiniling ng Globe Asiatique sa HDMF o Pag-Ibig Fund na irespeto ang kanilang nauna nang napagkasunduan — ang pagtanggap ng kapalit ng mga kostumer ng GA at paglalabas sa naka-pending na loan take-outs ng kompanya sa Pag-Ibig.

Dinadag pa ni Mislang sa kanyang utos na ang pagkakaroon at kawalan ng “element of damage” sa resolusyon ay malalaman lamang sa civil case na hiwalay na isinampa laban kay Lee.

“If the Makati RTC resolves to compel HDMF to accept the payments tendered by GA pursuant to contracts between them, the element of damage will be negated and will necessarily result in dismissal of the estafa case.”

At ang nasabing ruling umano ng Makati court ay lubos na makaaapekto sa iba pa bang criminal cases sa lungsod.

“The issues in the civil case are determinative not only of the guilt or innocence of petitioner but also whether the criminal cases will have legs to stand on. Pending resolution of this prejudicial question, the proceedings for estafa cases should be suspended.”

Sa petisyon ni Lee, sinabi nito na sa civil case na isinampa sa kanya, ang damage na ipinangangarali ng HDMF ay self-inflicted dahil sa sila mismo ang tumangging makipag-ayos sa GA na handa namang i-update ang kanilang pananagutan.
